TaK IT offers professional implementation services that help you transition to your new Telus Business Connect phone system effortlessly. Our team will develop a comprehensive rollout plan before you sign any agreements - this will always ensure that from the day you sign the agreement, you know exactly what to expect in the coming weeks.

  • Firewall and switching assessment (converged VoIP network or separate?)

  • Overhead paging integration or recommendations

  • Wireless network recommendations

  • Structured cabling

  • Call capacity expectations based on your company bandwidth and recommendations for improvement

  • CRM or other software considerations to enhance your hosted PBX experience

  • Seat and DID assessment (how many phone #'s do you need and how many people will be using the system)

  • Number Porting (keep your existing phone numbers)

  • Detailed company administrator training and custom guides + videos if required

  • Company group user training, along with specialized user training if requested

  • 30 day post-implementation support included at no additional charge
